Believe it or not, there are only 17 properties for sale in Frisco. I’ve lived in Frisco for 13 years, and I’ve never seen available inventory this low. The town is about 95% built out with almost no land available for building. As a result, inventories are at historic lows and many properties sell within days of being listed.
Frisco is a very desirable place to live, vacation and invest. Real estate prices continue to rise. For example, the median price for a property in Frisco has increase from $416,000 to $594,000 over the last 4 years.
