Frisco Joins in on Limiting Short Term Rentals



Frisco is the next to implement restrictions on short term rental licenses. They are limiting it to 25%. As of last week there were 92 licenses available. This will be going into effect after October 11. If you are currently under contract you can apply for a license. For details on how to get a license go to Frisco Town government
